Adult Education Classes
Gosport Community Association offers a varied and interesting range of Adult Educations Classes. 
Baby Changing Facilities
These are located in the Bury House Ladies toilets and Ballroom Foyer disabled toilets.
Banners
There is limited space for display of banners to advertise events at the Centre.  Please book your banner in early to avoid disappointment.
Bereavement Service
We are able to provide a discreet service to the bereaved by providing a venue and catering facilities at the Centre.  Details from Reception
Box Office
For functions taking place at the Centre a limited box office facility is available during the period that the reception is open.  A fee of 10% gross takings to over administration costs may be charged for this service.
Car Parking
Parking in the Association car park is fee to members who have brought and displayed an annual pass.  Non holders of passes should refer to the Pay and Display Notices.  All parking is at the Owner Risk.  No responsibility is taken for any injury, loss or damage arising from using the car park.  Purchase of a permit does not guarantee a parking space.
Disabled Access
We are continually working towards improving disabled access and there are ramps at all entrances. Disabled Toilets are located in the Ballroom Foyer and outside the Privett Suite.  We would like to provide a disabled lift between the two floors and are investigating funding for this project., If you can help, please contact us.
Dogs
No dogs (apart from dogs for disabled) shall be allowed on the Association premises except at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer
Fire Alarm
Fire evacuation procedures are displayed in prominent positions around the Centre.  Users of the premises should make themselves aware of this information.  All Clubs and Groups must keep a register of members attending their meetings and accountability purposes in the event of an evacuation
First Aid
First Aid Boxes are located in the Caretakers Office, Kitchens, Bars and Reception.  In case of serious emergency please telephone 999 from the payphone located in the theatre foyer.  Appointed Persons:  Charlie Hawkes (Site Supervisor), Darren Ison and Ray Young (Caretakers)
Membership
The Membership year commences 1st September. You can join any time. Membership benefits include reduced prices for some events, a right to have a say in the running of the organisation, voting at the AGM, modest prices at the Bar – and of course membership supports the organisation and the building
Noticeboards
Notices for display on the Centre Notice boards can be submitted to the Receptionist for approval by the Chief Executive Officer.  The Association makes no charge for this facility which is subject to availability of space and therefore cannot guarantee display of any material. Any unapproved items displayed will be removed.
Personal Property/Lost Property
The Association cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings whilst on the premises.  All lost property found on the premises should be handed to the Caretaker who will log the item in the Lost Property Book. Enquiries regarding Lost Property should be made to the Caretaker.  The Association reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items as necessary.

Skittles/Kurling
The Association is the ideal venue for skittle and kurling matches.  We offer excellent facilities with a licensed bar and catering.  Details from Reception
Vending and Water Machines
Located in the Theatre and Foyer
Visitors
All visitors on business should report to reception located in Ballroom foyer.  Such visitors are asked to sign in and out in the Visitors Book.
